I don’t understand why manufacturers and dealers don’t balance the tires on a trailer. We have all been in a car or truck with badly out-of-balance wheels. The car and truck shake like a paint mixer. I am sure that a camper with out-of-balance wheels does the same. Shaking screws loose, rattling plates and generally creating chaos in the camper. Opinions vary, but I keep my tires properly inflated and balanced just as I do on my other vehicles.
